Even if it is rare, but sometimes when the information is unclear on message work order, and disagreements from both parties can occur due to minor misunderstandings.  Delivery of work can be different and does not meet your expectations or specifications.

 

It can sometimes happen when,

1. You choose the wrong gig worker for the work.

2. You have not checked the gig worker feedback and reviews.

3. You have not described enough your requirement on the work message order.

4. The gig worker is taking too much time to deliver due to an unforeseen event.

 

We're here to help.

Bidgigs is a community that works together between members. Even if it is an inconvenience, but every member has the right to ask queries.

Bidgigs will assist you in finding a solution with both parties in the best possible way without breaching our Terms and Conditions and according to Australian Consumer Law, e.g., Consumer Guarantees.

 

1. The step you need to do.

a) Contact the gig worker,  he or she will be happy to help.   Let him, or she know your issues.

b) Explain the thing you do not like and tell him/her to change it or make him/her aware that you expected something else to be delivered.

c) Ask him/her for revisions or change.

d) As picture worth, a thousand words, try to send him a photo or further sample of what you should expect.

e) Be clear on your message and ask him/her for revisions or his/her delivery time.

f) Be open to suggestions and advice.

g) Avoid abuse or offensive language.

 

2.  To contact us

To be able to help you, Bidgigs support team need to understand what happened. You need to show clear evidence that your order is not according to your description and providing many details as possible.

Tell us what you expected and what you have not received.

You need to show that you already contacted the gig worker numerously and had given him the chance to rectify it.

If you have communicated outside Bidgigs platform, send us a copy.

Remember that we will always work in the poster favor unless a gig worker can prove that he followed your instructions.

 

What happens next.

After having all the information on your side, we will contact the gig worker for his feedback.

Bidgigs will examine the claim if it is valid.

It might take between two to three days, depending on the gig worker's respond.

The base of all evidence and both parties agree we will either refund the money to the poster.

The dispute will be final and closed.
