What if I am unsure about the price that I need to list for my gig?

You can request a quote first, to have a better idea about the price you need to offer and get their free professional advice. After having their cost, you can decide if you want to accept the quoted price or posted it as a bid-offer. Remember, a fair price is much better to attract more gig workers, making competition between them to have the gig (job).

If posting a gig (job) Free?

Yes. You can post as many as you like for FREE.

I already have an active listing, and I want to cancel/edit it?

You cannot cancel your active listing, but you can edit it before assigning it to the bid-offer.

Why can I not see my posting live?

Our support teams are checking to make sure that no personal information is disclosed before it goes live.

Do I need to upload a file or photo?

No, but if you do, this will help the gig worker know better about your gig.

What is a special requirement?

To let Gig workers know any special consideration they need to take into account.

How long can I list my gig?

You can list your gig as long as you like, there is no restriction.

Why my gig is not listed in the categories and subcategories?

Select the category that you think is most appropriate to it. Add a subcategory that you think you fit into, we will update it for you.
